implementations, IT Operations, Data Analytics and Innovative Technology initiatives.
Aisling's role at Zimmer Biomet involves leading the move towards data solutions to drive a high-
performance culture. Primarily focused across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and most
recently, Commercial functions, Aisling partners with business functions to collaborate on
opportunities, leveraging and optimising data, creating and maintaining a strategic vision and
executing the plans that deliver actionable, innovative, data analysis solutions to the EMEA region.

Aisling holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering & Information Systems
from University of Galway. She lives locally in Oranmore in Galway, is married to Eric and they have
