At the 2024 Medical Technology Ireland Women in MedTech Forum in Galway, I had the opportunity to speak, focusing on how women can offer a balance between optimism and realism in the workplace.
It was an inspiring experience to hear from other women leaders in the medical technology industry, each sharing their unique journeys, challenges, and insights.
