Heather Duncan, Senior Project Manager, Endowave

Heather Duncan is a senior project manager with more than a decade of experience leading complex medical device development programs across start-ups and multinational organisations. She currently serves as Senior Project Manager at Endowave, where she leads the development and commercialisation of innovative microwave ablation technologies.
Throughout her career, she has successfully managed multi-million-euro projects, cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and manufacturing transfers while driving innovation, quality, and operational excellence. Her expertise spans project management, new product development, quality systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic planning.
Heather holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Galway, a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation Management, and has completed further studies in responsible leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ISO 13485 Lead Auditor.
Passionate about leadership and collaboration, Heather is Co-Chair of the PM-O Forum, where she helps foster knowledge sharing and professional development within the project management community.
