Inga Rosca is an R&D Team Lead with over 16 years of experience in the medical device industry, specializing in the development of innovative minimally invasive technologies. Throughout her career, she has contributed to multiple product development programs, guiding devices from early concept generation through design, verification and validation, regulatory approval, manufacturing transfer, and commercial launch.
With extensive experience across the full product development lifecycle, Inga has led cross-functional teams, collaborated with clinicians, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory partners, and delivered complex projects in highly regulated environments. Her passion lies in combining technical excellence with collaborative leadership to bring meaningful innovations to patients.
Having recently returned from maternity leave while leading engineering team, Inga is passionate about sharing her experiences of balancing early parenthood with leadership, personal growth, and career progression. Inga hopes to encourage other women to embrace leadership during life's biggest transitions through resilience and authenticity.
