Peter Cleary is the Founder and CEO of Red Mountain, a Cork-based consultancy specialising in strategy, innovation and facilitation. Red Mountain works with leadership teams and cross-functional groups to develop the capabilities, culture and structures needed to respond to change, with a particular focus on design thinking, AI adoption and workforce performance.
Prior to founding Red Mountain, he spent twelve years at Accenture, where he built his career across management consulting, large-scale change programmes and innovation. Alongside his consulting work, he ran the Accenture Leaders of Tomorrow programme for nearly seven years, one of Ireland's most recognised entrepreneurial development programmes for students and recent graduates. He finished at Accenture as Strategy, Innovation & Culture Senior Manager, serving as European lead for its internal corporate functions consulting practice. In 2024, he founded Red Mountain, bringing that depth of experience in organisational change and innovation to clients across Ireland and internationally.
His facilitation work spans executive strategy sessions, innovation sprints, team development programmes and large-scale change initiatives, and he has led more than 350 workshops across Ireland, the UK and internationally. He is an experienced design thinking practitioner and master facilitator, known for creating the conditions for complex, multi-stakeholder groups to move from uncertainty to clear, committed action.
Peter is a regular facilitator at leadership and industry events, where he explores the intersection of human behaviour, organisational design and emerging technology.
