Tim brings over 25 years of industry experience, including 15 years in medtech, developing a strong foundation at Medtronic where he gained expertise in regulated medical device design, clinical and regulatory strategy, commercialisation, and cross-functional leadership. He has managed multi‑disciplinary programs and worked with international teams, laying the groundwork for his clinical innovation focus at BioInnovate Ireland.
This blend of corporate-scale execution, needs led innovation and hands-on R&D prepared him to co-found and lead SymPhysis Medical. As CEO, he drives patient-centred product development while overseeing regulatory strategy, manufacturing partnerships, and global commercialisation plans - positioning the company as a leader in delivering transformative solutions for patients with significant unmet clinical needs.
